Len Thompson
I’m a native of Marietta, Georgia and have been doing hair in the Atlanta area since 1990, working for Van Michael Salons for 20 of those years. During my time at Van Michael, I helped open salons in Virginia Highlands, Sandy Springs, The Forum in Peachtree Corners and The Avenues in East Cobb. I spent eight years as the Director of Education and was in charge of all in-house training for Van Michael Salons. I also spent over a decade on the company’s Artistic team doing Hair Shows, Photo Shoots and advanced training all over the world. During that time I was nominated for two NAHA awards. I have a passion for local history, which can be seen in the decor of Lenny’s Hair Salon. When I’m not in the salon working I can be found running the trails at Kennesaw Mountain. I’m a proud member of Atlanta’s GUTS running club. Things I love are my family, which includes my wife and two daughters , and our passion for all things Disney.

Antonella (Ella) DiRocco
Coming to us from Miami, Ella specializes in men’s cuts. Her favorite movie is Jaws and she loves sharks– just wait until you sit in her chair for your new favorite hair cut, you’ll see what I mean!
Tori Williams
Tori is our resident cutting specialist. A master cosmetologist for 10 years, she specializes in textured, lived-in, and alternative cuts. In her chair she wants to talk to you about whatever book you’re reading. She is equal parts fueled by creativity and passion for hair design and redbull/iced banana lattes.
Blakley Bailey
As a curly girl herself, Blakley loves curly cuts, blondes, and vivids. She is passionate about Dr. Pepper, content creation, and her Heavenly Father.
Denise Schuman
Denise has almost two decades of experience in the hair industry. She specializes in women’s cuts and blonding techniques, and doesn’t shy away from other services like vivids, root coverage, and men’s cuts.
